It is a good idea to e-mail your entertainer a copy of your FLOOR PLAN. I am reminded of this today because I was hired as the DJ/MC for an October 03, 2015 wedding.
I was e-mailed the room layout today and noticed that the cake table was going to be placed where my right speaker would be set-up.
I informed the location and they are going to move the cake to another area so that my equipment will not end up in all the couple's 'cake cutting' pictures.
